The ultimate dining experience

You are invited to meet with our chefs and craft a bespoke menu inspired by your desired flavours from around of the world. This unique feast is then prepared and served in a location of your choosing.

You may decide to dine barefoot in the powdery white sands of the beach, on board a traditional Maldivian dhoni boat in the lagoon, or on a nearby private island for ultimate exclusivity.

With a list of vintages to match those reserved in the British Royal cellars, the Long Bar is dedicated to the most luxurious of moments. With its chic design and beachfront position, time spent here is the ultimate in elegant indulgence. At this, our incarnation of the iconic Long Bar of Raffles Singapore, you will also be able to choose from a selection of signature cocktails, including our very own ‘Maldivian Sling’ made with gin, cinnamon, clove and coconut – a variation on the original Singapore Sling famously created at Raffles Singapore.

At our Long Bar, the luxury of drinking the world's finest champagnes, wines, spirits and cocktails is made even more delicious by savouring the world's most desired caviars, fresh-as-can-be seafood and traditional Maldivian snacks known as hedhikaa.

Signature drinks

Our fine-dining restaurant stands in a distinctly romantic setting over the lagoon. Here, our chefs blend the fresh and spicy punch of Peruvian dishes with the elegance of Japanese cuisine to capture the essence of the unique culinary fusion known as Nikkei. The rich legacy of this cuisine tells the story of Japanese farmers landing in Peru and using local ingredients to make their traditional dishes. Led by Chef Anibal Torres, an expert in the flavours and techniques of Nikkei cuisine, Yuzu places focus on creative ceviche dishes inspired by cuisine from Lima. All ingredients are sustainably line-caught by local fishermen using methods that do not impact the balance of the biosphere.

The flavours of Yuzu sing from the pages of its menu. Ceviches and sashimi celebrate the clean freshness of the fish caught in our waters. Roasted duck breast with cilantro rice and sweet miso pepper sauce takes your taste buds to Peru via Japan. To finish, sweet dishes, such as Peruvian purple corn pudding spiced with cinnamon and cloves, bring the unique characteristics of Nikkei cuisine to delectable life.

Signature dishes

Sitting over water and adjacent to Yuzu, this is a charming environment in which to sample authentic Japanese sake or a luscious cocktail using pisco, mezcal or tequila as, and after, the sunsets. Our mixologists are there to guide you through the various flavours before preparing your drink with or without accompanying tapas of made-to-order sashimi, sushi, sliders or oysters. The name itself is Peruvian slang for “a little more” – an appropriate moniker given Yuzu’s dreamy setting and creative cocktails will likely prompt you to linger just that little bit longer than originally planned.

From a bowl of crispy fish skins with onion salt and chili powder to a selection of nigiri sushi, tostadas, yakitori or wonton rolls, the delicious snacks served at Yapa have been designed to complement its expertly-crafted drinks perfectly.

In the flickering light of the open charcoal fire, while sipping a chilled cocktail or a glass of wine from our exceptional, sommelier selection, watch our chefs use one of the oldest forms of cooking to create a stunning, flavoursome feast. With catch-of-the-day seafood and succulent imported meats, each meal is meticulously prepared and cooked over coal flame. Romantic, natural and relaxed, The Firepit is unique. It is an immersive, vibrant dining experience. From here, soaking up the sunset on the soft sand of our wide pristine beach is more than magical.

The Firepit's menu showcases the incredible flavours brought out by cooking over flame. Highlights include the delicately succulent giant scampi with smoked tomato gremolata and the boldly satisfying Snake River Farm beef tenderloin with chimichurri. The seafood platter – an abundant mixed grill selection for two – is unforgettably fresh.

Thari means “star” in our local language Dhivehi, and our all-day restaurant provides another perfect place to admire the celestial delights of the Maldivian night sky.  Whenever you visit, this is where we celebrate the world’s finest cuisines in a casual open-air setting.

It is also here that a celebration of Maldivian food and culture is hosted once a week. Beloved national dishes such as Mas-Bai are served while members of the local community gather to perform traditional music and demonstrate their arts and crafts, such as palm leaf weaving and fresh coconut cutting.
