Calmed by the sound of the gently lapping waves and cooled by the ocean breeze, guests enjoy dishes from South East Asia, Italy and the Mediterranean, all highlighting our incredible fresh local seafood. From oven-fresh pastries, tropical fruit and Pol Roger champagne at breakfast to Sri Lankan- style curried river crab, Maldivian yellowfin tuna tartare and vibrant salads, everything is prepared with passion and precision by our exceptional chefs. It is also here that a celebration of Maldivian food and culture is hosted once a week. Beloved national dishes such as Mas-Bai are served while members of the local community gather to perform traditional music and demonstrate their arts and crafts, such as palm leaf weaving and fresh coconut cutting.
