Our fine-dining restaurant stands in a distinctly romantic setting over the lagoon. Here, our chefs blend the fresh and spicy punch of Peruvian dishes with the elegance of Japanese cuisine to capture the essence of the unique culinary fusion known as Nikkei. The rich legacy of this cuisine tells the story of Japanese farmers landing in Peru and using local ingredients to make their traditional dishes. Led by Chef Luis Gavancho Quibajo, an expert in the flavours and techniques of Nikkei cuisine, Yuzu places focus on creative ceviche dishes inspired by cuisine from Ica. All ingredients are sustainably line-caught by local fishermen using methods that do not impact the balance of the biosphere.
